It's a weird, avant-garde experimental project and a great way to spot poser fans when it's mentioned. It's not the kind of album you'd have blasting in your car on the way to work, but it's more the kind of album that you focus your direct attention to for the story it spins. I dug it, and I think the novelty of having Lou Reed take on the roll of female dancer turned prostitute while Metallica is playing is enough justification alone for listening to it.
