This game is just disappointment piled on top of more disappointment. The plot and story is non-existent. The main villian is revealed at the last possible second, and the villian Team Yell only purpose in existing is to be roadblocks. The postgame is even more non-existent than XY. Thanks to a combination of forced EXP Share and the Wild Area this game is easily the easiest game in the series. Even with the cutscene spam this game is easily the shortest in the series also. The graphics are exceptionally bad. When docked you will get bad frame drops. There is a ridiculous amount of clipping and I've seen better cutscenes and graphics on the DS. One of the worst scenes in the game is the post game reunion with the legendaries. All these criticisms are without even addressing the pokedex cuts, which would be controversial at best. Due to the pokedex cut, unlike what most people claim about competitive pokemon being better, the meta is going to be even more stagnant. This is due to the ridiculous power difference in the few pokemon we have now, making variety even less than what it was before. The reason for the cuts could be acceptable if the payoff happened, but it didn't. GF lied for their reasons as this is a unpolished game and honestly just feels like a quick cash grab.
