One of the best books. After half of the story I was about to stop reading further. But as few pages were left so I completed it. But the end of the book is the best as I have never seen any ending like this book which is so satisfying and this book tells stories from both point of views which will help you in understanding the situation.

It's the best book I have read till now. It can motivate & inspire you to take the decisions which you are afraid of taking. This book tells you that you can achieve what you can dream. Also how you can change your mindset & do things in a better way by using some tips given by David Goggins. And I think the audiobook is better as during the book reading Goggins himself is talking about the incidences and will help you understand the book better

It's a good movie. It shows importance of mental health. It tells you that sometimes you need some help to untangle your own thoughts. And seeing a therapist doesn't mean that you're a mad person.
