I respect the effort to make this movie but Mulan is such a strong character, it represents women empowerment, it represents possibilities. It's a representation of hope in this complicated world but the movie failed to convey it properly. It lacks integrity and misses every good moment that could be the rising moment of the character. Mulan is gifted but at times even normal characters could do all those things that she could. They missed too many opportunities where this movie could be a hit.
