Just seen first and second episodes. Was put off when cell phones popped out! Then modern cars and more modern references, and he listens to an "old" record recorded 10 years after the primal film. Would have preferred a genuine version set in the fifties, but as it continued, they got me. Have to forget the 1960 original finale to this story, and imagine it ends just before the virus. Never mind playing with time after all, I now look forward to seeing the rest every Tuesday on BBC. I'm 81 and saw the 1960 movie when it was new, and many times since on TV so I thought we would be taken back earlier than 1960, but it's obviously a good story for young people who haven't lived all the years remembering that film. By the way, I was in front of the Motel at Universal in 2007. The house is in Florida I believe.Other side of the country.
