I have been following Caitlin for a long time since I was diagnosed with IBS. Along with that, I have become unable to eat dairy, wheat/gluten, and even meat now. I was worried I would end up having to spend a lot of money with my increasing eating issues.
My sister bought me this cookbook for Christmas and everything has turned out absolutely FLAWLESS. For the price and recipes included, I would say she deserves this 5/5!
