It's alright. Not hugely refined in many ways, the short tutorial helps but the mapping system is really pretty poor and so you feel really lost if you haven't played this before, even after playing hundreds of Skyrim hours. Like others have said, Skyrim this is not and its really a letdown that so many of the best aspects of that game were not employed in this game. Plus, there's entirely too many battles in this game and the monsters keep respawning over and over and over again, to the point where it's just annoying. So yeah, if you're looking for online Skyrim, don't bother with this game. But if you're more open minded and more patient than me, give it a try you might just like it afterall.
