I was just watching your episode on the Hobart Slicer. You neglected to mention that you have to close the blade down so you don't cut your hand it fingers. Also you have not mentioned that you didn't use the blade guard to hold the product on the slicer. That's a big safety violation. (This episode aired on 15 May 2019)
