Whee Captures – Google

If you like fantasy, you'll love this show. Chemistry between the actors made the well-written dialogue (kudos to the writers!) exciting to watch. Casting was on point, especially for Henry Cavill for Geralt of Rivia. At times, the non-linear chronological order of the show made it hard to follow the story at times, because I wasn't sure what order the events were happening in relation to the timeline. Some of the effects also left more to be desired, so here's hoping they have a bigger budget for season 2! Can. Not. Wait.

The casting of Michael Sheen and David Tennant was spot-on and the banter between the two actors made the show to joy to watch. There were some interesting choice of camera movements and angles and episode 1-4 were a joy to watch. 2 stars were lost because episode 5-and half of 6 was extremely boring before it was brought back to life again mid-way through the final episode by concentrating on the two actors. I haven't read the book myself but questioned what was the purpose of certain characters in the show who did not contribute much to the plot-line. Overall, still a series to watch, but maybe get your phone for entertainment to get through second half ;)

A pity this isn't on Netflix where it would no doubt reach a larger audience. The writers did a great job on the comedy so it stays fresh and the cinematographers and colourist make the shots a joy to watch. Loved S1 and S3, S2 was a tad slow for me. Not really convinced with the direction the characters look like they are heading into for S4, but am sitting at the edge of my seat waiting for it to come out :) As a side note - not too sure about the accuracy of this period piece but it's still entertaining for sure!

You will find yourself flung into a disgustingly decadent lifestyle with an endless supply of money, sex and drugs to fuel the schoolboy culture and you start to wonder how this elaborate scheme really happened in real life where so many people were affected but the rich white con man still manages to escape a heavy sentence and continues to live his life laughing at us enjoying a movie about him. The actors' energy with each other was captivating and the brilliance of Martin Scorsese in bringing the scenes today made time past so fast despite it being a three hour film. Highly recommended you make time to complete the show in one sitting.

The "comedy" was devoid of any humour and most of Anne Hathaway's scenes consisted of rolling her eyes into oblivion. Not even sure what Rebel Wilson was doing most of the time and who wrote her lines/jokes and crude-and-not-funny-at-all antics.There was a nice twist at the end but otherwise the movie was a complete waste of time as the trailer was much better than having to sit through the movie.

The Harvey and Jessica antics will probably inspire aspiring lawyers but once they start working and get further down the series the plot may get too unrealistic for them. I think the series was very entertaining a season or two before a certain character went to jail, as the repeating scenarios with little character development got a bit dry. The removal of beloved old characters and the addition of new ones to the lineup was great to freshen up the storyline but I look forward to season 9 tying up the great run the show has had.

You will fall in love with the characters and their different yet relatable relationships with each other. The show will give you a different perspectives of The Director and you will start wondering if it's intentions are truly in the right place. Maybe you find yourself leaning over to the "evil" side and say that The Director hasn't made any real change. Overall the ending was satisfactory and tied up most of the loose ends so you won't feel as if you wasted time watching the series. One thing I would have loved to see is more scenes in the future which showed how the characters grew up and the environment they were subjected to before they were sent back in time, but sadly the series concluded and leaves the everchanging future a mystery.
