I love that you get to see how some of the pieces are finished and you really can pick up pointers for your own make-overs. What I totally didn't like was that Martin won over Fiona---ridiculous! Martin's final bedroom design really lacked practicality no drawers..no bedside tables.. both of which were pointed out by the hosts! Fiona addressed every aspect and executed them with client in mind never lacking in style yet providing the practical utilization needed. Just goes to show you...other agendas are at play....and it really was a disservice to both Martin and Fiona not to mention all of its viewers! The two professionals couldn't agree quite often so now I know it isn't about style and functionality but who can pull off the most startling "wow" factor design....boo! I'll give it another go for the next season and hope for better results!
