This book was an extremely informative read, but more importantly, an UNDERSTANDABLE read. Nick gets right to the point. The book is formatted mainly in a question and answer layout which makes reading the book a breeze while answering common questions beginners have. As you continue to flip through the pages, you will feel like you're at a cafe, having a casual yet extremely valuable chat with Nick. The writing style is engaging and captivating. This book also provides tips that even seasoned investors could learn from. While turning through the pages you gain not only the practical business tips, tricks, and information on wholesaling (as well as some awesome scripts and tools) but are also granted ethical guidance. It's not very hard to decipher between these pages that Nick truly believes in running a wholesome business that seeks to serve all parties involved, particularly with the seller's needs in-mind---a trait that many people in the industry seem to lack. Nick's advice and general position as an ethical businessman is a breath of fresh air and will have you feeling very confident to be in this line of business. As Nick says 'there's too many deals out there' to give someone a hard time simply because they didn't want to do business with you.
