The book is an excellent read for those interested in defence. The book gives a sneak peek into the murky world of intelligence agencies and how they misuse their youth in the name of patriotism. It's heartbreaking to read that a bright young fellow like Kishori Lal ji was deceived by our own MI. Instead of rewarding him and his colleagues, they were left to fend for themselves in an enemy country. He lost his father, was jobless after returning to India and was threatened by MI spies. That's not the treatment we should mete out to our soldiers. Overall a good read and I wish we get to read the MI version as well.
