This movie was….interesting. Go see this in theaters! The cinematography was beautiful this film just oozes style. Also some people hate the soundtrack but personally I loved it. I thought it was fitting for this sports/love triangle film. I love Zendaya, I think she’s beautiful but this role was not for her. The movie set her out to be this cut throat, femme fatale type woman but it didn’t convince me it was hard to watch. (Also she’s just too young to be playing a mother etc. ?) However, the other two male actors were great they had awesome chemistry, and the rivalry between them was fun to watch on screen. The editing is also kind of a mess, lot of confusing transitions, time jumps and cuts you really have to focus in this movie because it was easy to get lost. It was interesting nonetheless, and was probably one of the more fun and memorable movies I’ve watched this year. I was just happy NOT to be watching some dumb cash grab nostalgia reboot.

The movie started off interesting but fell flat immediately after 20 minutes, it also felt all over the place, was it a comedy? Action? Thriller? Romance? The movie couldn’t decide so it just felt confusing. The characters felt so one dimensional and unlikeable. There was no build up or stakes to make me care about the characters or the plot and the ending just felt like a slap to the face. You could honestly skip this one, don’t waste two hours of your time for this. Also shocking this movie has such great reviews on rotten tomatoes.

Was more raunchy than a true Rom-com, and despite all the spicy PR they’ve been pushing on us for the last year the chemistry between Powell and Sweeney was just… okay... I had very low expectations and I was slightly surprised, it wasn’t great but it wasn’t totally unwatchable. This is the kind of movie you throw on for a girls night, it served its purpose fine. It’s, just okay. 👌🏼

It’s not so much the premise…it’s the delivery. The chemistry between Jlaw and the Percy character is off and made me feel more second hand embarrassment than romance / or friendship. The comedic aspect also failed , the humor felt childish and outlandish rather than actually funny. Overall it’s an okay movie..maybe this will usher in another era of comedy blockbusters who knows. 🤷🏽‍♀️

It’s certainly an interesting premise, and despite the negative reviews I thought it was decent. It was satirical in a way, there was some humorous moments but I think the run time is too long. Towards the middle the plot does get a bit iffy and the ending is even “iffy-er.” There is this attempt at making commentary about climate change, and social stuff etc but it gets lost and a bit preachy.. Performances were great, loved the Vietnamese character. Overall 3 stars.

This movie was great, did not disappoint. The story was heart breaking and so powerful. The acting was great, and cinematography beautiful. HOWEVER..I only have two issues with this film the first being the run time, I understand that there is so much information being packed into a movie that can only do so much but there were so many scenes where in my head I yelled CUT! Because it was just so unnecessary to the main plot. The second issue I had was the editing, there was some choppy moments especially in the middle of the movie and some scenes which seemed important were lacking in subtitles? Other than those two issues this movie was great and beautiful. But those two things make it hard for me to give it 5 stars. I suggest u Grab a monster energy drink and maybe some snacks to help you power through this epic piece.

More like BORING BORING BORING. This movie had potential but nothing interesting happened…just a bunch of running around in the dark with a cell phone flash light. The ending was so frustratingly stupid I wanted to throw my remote at my tv. Only thing that was decent was the actress who played Alice everyone else was TERRIBLE. I wasted an hour of time I will never get back. How this has 85% rotten tomatoes score is beyond me.

This movie was not what I expected, Nolan has done it again. This movie looked great and had me on the edge of my seat, so many great details about Oppenheimer the father of the atomic bomb and the process behind the making of the bomb. So many great philosophical questions were brought up and this movie had GREAT psychological and suspenseful scenes throughout. For the comments saying there wasn’t enough scenes of the BOMB go watch a Michael Bay film lmaooo Cillian was great and I will not tolerate Florence Pugh slander. Dis movie da bomb 💣 10/10

It was…alright- I really love Greta Gerwig, and I was so excited for this movie because I thought she would do it justice, but this movie had no plot. It was so many things and ideas at once but it fell so flat for me, the casting, the sets and music were great no doubt but it doesn’t save the movie from its messy non existent plot. Sure there’s some interesting “deep” questions made in the movie but it just felt really gimmicky? and there were so many unnecessary scenes and will Ferrell is so annoying as CEO of Mattel. I felt like I watched this sparkly long advertisement for Mattel and basic hollow textbook feminism. So sad I really wanted to like this :(
