If you want to watch people, who have been put forward by their loved ones, have their sense of style, individuality and ultimately their personality stripped away from them by three vacuous and charmless individuals, then this is the show for you.
The sheer lack of empathy from the hosts, who themselves need makeovers, is baffling.
It's entirely evident that most of the participants do not want to conform. In some instances they clearly need psychological and emotional support, not to be told how to make society accept them in another way - they need to accept themselves and start from there. It's like watching Queer Eye without any of the charm of the positive message found in that show.
Avoid, unless you need a replacement for the hole in your life left by The Jeremy Kyle Show.
