Like many others have commented, I do not like the combative "burns" I think they call them which are in themselves a form of bullying rather than the good sportsmanship and supportive atmosphere kids should have for each other in an environment already loaded with stress for all the competitors. These kids are putting themselves and their best work out there in front of millions of people, and to have all this "street attitude" is totally counter-productive to an experience that with the right atmosphere would help to propel the kids to even greater achievements. I don't get it and have started to leave in the middle of a show or completely skip it when it used to be a "must watch for us". I'm also not a fan of putting two totally different dance styles up against on another when it would be far better for the show to pit similar styles and group sizes against one another for a more fair contest. It's also not fair to the judges who often look pretty confused about how to even begin to critique these mixed competitive matches which have almost no basis for comparison. If the show continues in this manner I won't be a viewer much longer.
