I really tried to give this a chance. Snyder's movies are always visual stunning, and this is no exception. The plot what little of there is, is just another 7 Samurai, but not as well told. The villains are cardboard cut outs. You never really get to know the main characters. And if you removed the numerous slow mo action sequences, it likely would have shave 45 minutes off the film. It's just really not good.
