It is a mix of horror and crime thriller. The balance in my opinion is just right, especially because I did not start watching the movie with an expectation of a typical horror movie with scary ghosts and stuff. The acting, screenplay and direction are good. Overall a good movie and worth a watch.

No coherence in the storyline, screenplay and direction. Everything in the movie seems out of place and forced. Pathetic and desperate attempt to make the movie a horror comedy when actually it serves neither genre. Over acting has touched greater heights with this movie. The trailer and promotions promised a power packed thriller, the actual film is a pathetic and cringeworthy saga which left me holding my head out of irritation. Even someone as good as Akshay who has made a career out of singlehandedly carrying pathetic movies on his shoulders is unable to make this remotely watchable. Dont even get me started on how regressive the movie is!! Only noteworthy performance is that of Sharad Kelkar who has done a good job. Would have given 0 or negative stars if there was an option.
