My first book was a paperback, at that time my mind was not in a place to fully understand the depth and meaning of what Mr. Hubbard was trying to communicate. Overall his quest is to help/assist others to come out of their traumas of physical pain and anguish and heal themselves. This comes through Dianetic sessions. I've personally found this book and sessions to be helpful in bringing me to another level of spiritual meaning and purpose in my life along with my relationships and their connections with various cultures globally. I hope I am making myself perfectly CLEAR that the Modern Science of Mental Health book should definitely be considered among books to assist in matters of Mental Health.
