Moved me deeply. While narrating these women's lives candidly, the movie puts the viewer in a macro perspective of life. What seemed like a story set in two different time periods, is proved to be three on the credits... ending it just like we all expect things to end. Helped bring these repressed matters closer to my heart.

Such a nice movie.... it's so great to see Anderson's style in a low budget. Doubt the atmosphere could have been as nuanced and rich if the director had shot this script as his second or third movie. I had thought affirming this was for the austere, but maybe Wes Anderson really did get carried away after Bottle Rocket.

One of my all time favorite games!!!

Taratino takes a slower pace, making you spend those three hours living with these beautiful and interesting men and women. Felt in 60's Hollywood like I felt inside the characters' cars during the many drives through LA presented in the movie. Mature and bold in its form, certainly a step beyond his last three even if you don't necessarily consider it a better work. I do.

Kind of boring until they start playing music (middle of the movie). The last twenty minutes or so is composed of footage from their show on top of the Apple building. I cry almost every time I watch it. A must for any Beatles fan.
