This is the most unrealistic show involving nurses that I have ever seen. Brand new staff do not get left alone to do jobs that they have not had specific training for. They are not sent out of their department and kept in another department that decides they need them. Nurses in Canada receive excellent and specific training for the department that they are employed in unless in small rural hospitals. Try getting some real nurse advisors
