365 days is the epitome of abuse normalization in mainstream media. The plot in self is a gruesome nightmare of rape and abuse, both physically and mentally. If we as a society see a case with the same components in real life in some news outlet, we all be terrifying and sickening of the monster who conceives such a twisted plan. So why this movie has such good reviews is beyond me.
