He and thus ITV News at Ten blames Councils and Government for young mothers in squalid conditions, but does no journalism WHATSOEVER, just instead take the easy way out.......... WHY DO THEY NOT ASK WHERE THE FATHERS ARE AND WHERE THERE FAMILIES ARE?????? WHY DO THESE PEOPLE NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEMSELVES THROUGH THE FATHERS AND THE FAMILIES???? WE THE TAX PAYERS NEED TO KNOW AND COUNCILS AND GOVERNMENT SHOULD TURN THIS AROUND TO ASK THESE PEOPLE AND ITV NEWS!!!!!!!!!
