I am unable to comprehend how the writers and producers of this series felt it appropriate to depict a shocking double murder in such a farcical black comedy fashion. The American Western scenes were particularly bizarre and cringe worthy. Even Olivia Colman couldn't elevate it above the dreadful portrayal.
