Too lengthy and unnecessary subplots.
No spoilers ahead!
Would have been great if restricted to 3-5 episodes with a better emphasis on the subplot that actually explains the mystery.
The fact that there is no revisit/visual of the murder is also quite disappointing.
Casting, acting and performances were great and is major USP of this series.
Madhav Mishra and Mandira steal the show with their performances. Jackie Shroff is a real pro.
Liked the bond between Nikhat and Madhav.
Liked Avni for being a pillar of support to her bro, and the optimism of Aditya's dad.
The cameo by the 2nd forensic expert also deserves mentioning.
It's very painstakingly late when Aditya comes up with his version of the story. Any real life court would ask about it first. This was a huge let down and biggest irony of the series which is titled as "Criminal Justice"
Director should have been more prudent in Screenplay as its laggy in multiple instances!
Watch it if you have lot of time.
Else watch the 1st episode and the last episode.
PS: What happens to the neurotic excoriations of Madhav Misra? Why doesn't Avni reunite with her husband even after a sincere apology? Does Raghu get punished for his initial poor investigation?
