Too many unnecessary screen time is shown, too many show-off or display of power as well as nonsense talking, Slow in TRANSITIONS making the mood boring. This makes the anime fight scenes too few, if you cannot animate an Action genre anime without focusing on the fight scenes... Then don't pick ACTION/Fantasy anime for your project.
