While the plot may flop and seem like a letdown at the last minute, this movie is an excellent example of showing a constant rigid atmosphere amongst the four main casts. The whole plot is greatly assisted by the understanding of Japanese and Korea's long-strained relationship, thus creating such an event.
Needless to say, if you want to feel the atmosphere of hatred (despite the small amount) from Korean people against Japan, this is perfect for you (plus a tidbit of history, yeaaah!!).

For Harga's sake, please label it with R-17+ or Restricted as it may invite sexual arousal, damn it.

Script-wise, there's plenty of wasted scenes. Some might look not natural.
Too much sugarcoating, as the Kanmusu often seen talk some sort of philosophy. The actual investigation is cut kinda high. And for some reason, I find the setting unreliable as Wiki told that the Movie was taken after Ep 3, to which Yuudachi has yet to Kai.
Positive-wise, the action is a bit better though.
