This was a fresh new introduction to the MCU. I loved the diverse cast and the way that they interacted with one another. The conflicts that the protagonists endured, and how they responded to that adversity, are what really made this movie for me. This movie had many layers to it and really made me as a viewer think about the situations, that the characters had to deal with and how I would respond. This wasnโt a perfect Marvel movie by any stretch, but at times it really had me on the edge of my seat. I went in to the movie with very low expectations, based on the critics reviews and came out more than pleasantly surprised at just how good this movie really was. I think the Director Chloe Zhao was asked to take on a very tall order by incorporating so many new characters in just a little over two and a half hour movie and for the most part I think she pulled it off. There really is a fine line between the time frame of a movie being too long and not quite long enough, as in the development of characters and their relationships with one another and how it pertains to conflict at hand. I personally think this movie couldโve been a little longer and or split into two parts and the two movies might have been two of Marvels very finest. Overall, I think this was a great Movie despite what the Critics are saying and I recommend going to see it for yourself. Iโm really hoping that Marvel does a follow up or sequel to this Movie, because it really opens up a whole new chapter into the MCU and Iโm really looking forward to seeing where these characters are going next. Iโm personally giving this movie two thumbs way up and a review of 4 1/2 out of 5 stars.
