The first time I watched this movie it felt like a really DIFFERENT Superhero movie. The way marc webb directed this movie is just too realistic, it really shows us the emotion and connection between the characters, I mean... just look at how Marc Webb turned Flash Thompson from a traditional bully and arrogant character into a real friend of peter and both have a mutual understanding to one another and they have grown, Peter's Character who is a selfish young teenager who's received a really HEAVY responsibility at the beginning learned from his mistakes and realize how the character and the people around him shaped him for who he really is. we see how capt. Stacy who we know as a mean cop just trying to be the best as a father to Gwen, we see some of uncle ben and aunt may's relationships, personalities, and hobbies and that is what makes them real and human. that is how Marc Webb makes this film more realistic. It really shows how the character of peter parker really made some mistakes and how he learned from it. this film really shows the heavy responsibility of our favorite and friendly neighborhood spiderman and that is how we can relate so much to this character.
