This movie is absolute trash. People saying that it's better than Unfriended: Dark Web are out of their mind honestly. At least both the Unfriended movies have a structured story and a good introduction to prepare you and give you an idea of what they'll be about. But Host just throws you straight into the paranormal stuff with no context and no story besides it being during COVID-19 lockdown. I honestly was very disappointed since it had 100% on Rotten Tomato. This goes to show that you should never trust reviews lol. Trust me, if you LOVE horror movies that have a well-built story and a good amount of scares instead of no story and just cheap jumpscares then don't watch this movie. I wasted 56 minutes of my life watching this garbage.
