This series unfolds slowly, deeply, beautifully, with lyrical monologues and a great plot. Not for the impatient viewer seeking instant gratification.
Most of the characters are deeply wounded people who strive to be better - normal people in weird circumstances trying to make the best of where they're at, no matter how messed up it is.
Quirky, funny, dark, beautifully filmed, written, and acted - I can't wait for Season 2!
