The narrator is self-admittedly a 'recovering hypochondriac'. Probably why there isn't enough unbiased, reliable and suitably-presented evidence (e.g. not noting that an 18% increased risk from 5% in a lifetime is only 6%). Additionally, his ridiculous questions to and resultant complaints about his calls' recipients were atrocious, framed as the organisation's response despite them not even working in the expected department. Disappointing.
