It was an excercise in tension building well done. Yes it was slow in places but the fact it doesn’t have a clear ending after anll that isn’t terrible, it leaves you enough to work with. Cast was great and acting was good overall and great in places. I enjoyed Ethan Hawke as the classic liberal dad. If you fancy something interesting and not too taxing, give it a go.

Brilliantly bonkers. Felt like taking your brain out, giving it a quick dunk in white spirit and putting it back in again. Not sure I’d watch it again anytime soon but just one viewing was a real tonic. Hugely pleasing that cinema and a-list are willing and able to create such fantasies today.
