I watch you every chance that I get! Right now I am glued to watching you on CNN! I appreciate the raw and transparent coverage. I am saddened by what our Nation is going through. Please continue doing what you are doing.I understand both sides because I am a black woman who retired as a Sergeant from a major police department. I have witnessed this unjust treatment often. I have heard discussion about police officers training on your show however, one issue that I have not heard discussed is "DIVERSITY IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENTS". This is part of the problem. When you have an all white police agency trying to patrol an area that is predominately black and or latino then there will be unfair treatment that goes undetected. Can you please discuss this issue? Thanks
