The is an eye opener. If someone wants to know how corruption actually functions and it's on failed implementation of rural policy then this book is from them. The book show where we really fail, in communication with the local people, the usual middlemen who run bussiness by siffoning money through govt accounts etc. It's also dishearting at many instances and makes you want to work for your country than run away to greener pastures.
