I’ve been a fan of the Halloween movies since I’ve been young. This has to be the worst of the movies except of course Halloween 3. I was excited that this would be the first True Sequel to the original movie and John Carpenter and Jamie Lee Curtis signed off on the production. I’m surprised the 2 of them would allow so much gratuitous violence that was way too graphic. Also, the amount of vulgar language also made it hard to watch. What made the original great and even some of the follow ups was not graphic violence. They really had the chance to make this a solid movie but instead went with blood and gore versus psychological terror. I did not get scared, surprised, nervous 1 time. It was all so predictable. I almost walked out during the first bathroom scene. I should have asked for my money back. Don’t go see this movie or else they’ll make more this poorly
