Wonderful. Funny and heart-warming animation with a somewhat different idea about the human soul and how it lives within us and so gives us life. This film gives food for thought on the many aspects of being alive and it does so while delivering a ton of pure joy. I really don't think you will be disappointed...Especially if you liked 'Inside Out'.

I have just finished re-watching this excellent series in prearation for the upcoming second series. The makers seem to have gone to great pains to give this show the look and feel of the first 3 Star Wars films and they have succeeded brilliantly. The stories are well written and tied together well to nourish that sense of 'where is it all heading'. It also fills in some of the back story of the Empire and this, though not really necessary, is somewhat satisfying. It also gives us a greater understanding of the lawlessness of the region and the need for semi-legal bounty hunters to bring in the criminals. All in all it's a great series and the trailer for season 2 looks tasty...

So far so good. Episode 1 did not disappoint in any way except that religion is still with us this far into the future. Ridley Scott's style is upon this and it is nice to feel elated again by some new sci-fi work. If you are a fan of the genre I think you will be pleasantly surprised and satisfied.

I came in cold and put this film on because of Helen Mirren, Cillian Murphy, and Luke Evans. I mean if they're all in it it can't be bad. I wasn't disappointed. I quite enjoyed Anna and I kept thinking this is great and I was recognising someone's filmcraft at different points. I was blown away when it came up that Luc Besson directed AND wrote it. No wonder it was so good. If you aren't happy with this film you need help.

I think 'I can't wait for Season 3...'
