OMG I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!! This movie has really impacted me as a person and the acting is done so well. Even in physical features over the 3 films you can see how Tris face changes from soft to harder as she becomes stronger and braver. Whenever I need motivation, I think of Tris and her amazing determination. She inspires me to be a better person and she really develops on character over the movie and you can see how she changes. The skill required to create this kind of impactful movie is unbelievable and Divergent will remain entrenched in my memory as one of my favourite films ever!

I mean, it's OKAY. There are some touching moments but the special effects were poor. The noise was weird, but I guess that's to be expected of 1984 films. Some of the things didn't make sense, like how Atreyu suddenly started shouting for Artax and calls him 'stupid horse' when before he was fine. One thing I HATE about this film is that it does not pay true homage to the book. What happened to Fantastica?? Not Fantasia! And Bastian is supposed to be pudgy and fat not slim and able to run. And I think it's a real shame because the NeverEnding Story is one of my best and most favourite books I have ever read but this film ruined it! One additional thing, how did Atreyu suddenly arrive when the centaur called? And he isn't even a centaur anymore! It was the same scene, same arrangements, and same everything but he had just appeared??!! And how did Falkor become introduced? Hello?? How is this similar to the book??? It is an insult to my favourite book of all time!! And ALSO there are 3 gates, not 2!!! And ALSO the Southern Oracle speaks in rhymes!!! And the sphinxes' gaze were riddles not lightning!! And no one talked about the other knight who entered the First Gate!!! So honestly I could go on FOREVER!!! There are sooo many little but annoying imperfections I hope this review helped you!
