This book is my favorite book of all times. One of my tutors recommended this book, and I absolutely loved it. I don’t know about others, but I actually enjoy tragedies, and sad things. The Giver makes you see things in a different way. It made me question things that I couldn’t have imagined. It was kind of like shower thoughts in a way. Seeing a person be excited and happy about the simplest things in the world made me smile. I also recommend the movie, that's good too. 100% recommended for people finishing elementary school, since I read this in 4th grade or so. Favorite book of all times.
