Re: presidential immunity.
1. the ‘73 & ‘00 opinions written under the shadows of their bosses (I.e. presidents) facing possible indictment, not by presidents above reproach.
2. If gov’t can’t prosecute a Prexy while he is in service, the S/L must toll otherwise his election would = a get out of jail free card. Also, if there is no St. rolling, that can only mean that the Prexy can be indicted while he is in office. If not, there is no law.
