I love sci-fi. I especially love sci-fi based upon what we as a species could do in the near future.
I began watching this show in its first season and thought it was a very provocative and inspirational show. Now two episodes into the second season I'm beginning to fast forward through the documentary scenes where the narrator compares the show's narrative with real-life situations on Earth today.
This show would get a lot more viewers, and keep them, if they got off the climate change bandwagon. How about highlighting the science of today, the real science, instead of focusing on a bunch of Marxist environmentalist radicals?
I'll be the first to agree that we need to do all we can to prevent and clean up pollution. But, when you spend 50% of the show talking about climate change, a science that is nowhere near as settled as Greenpeace would have us believe, it becomes tiresome. How about interviewing real scientists like rocket propulsion experts, foreign world habitat builders and actual astronauts?
