A rating of one (1) to maybe two (2). Why? Halo Infinity is just Destiny 2 in a Halo box. Story is gone along with all the things I loved in the Halo game set. Come on, a warthog that doesn’t fire a cannon but you get a horn? The carbine acts like an energy weapon and it takes several shots to kill a grunt? These are just small, easy examples. The game does not feel right. If you have ever played Destiny 2 you know what I am talking about. Halo Infinity is 90% Destiny 2 and maybe 10% Halo. Run around looking for bosses to kill? Give me a break. All the gushing five (5) ratings I’m sure are from Destiny 2 players. What was great about Halo was the relationship between Cortana and the Master Chief where they would do anything to protect each other but kept on goal. Sadly this is not Halo but just another boring Destiny 2 world. Halo now has you finding hidden boxes where you can update or enhance your armor just like in Destiny 2. The list can go on forever. Sad…really sad. Rest in peace Halo.
