Now is 2020, I still cannot stop playing it (400+ hours of playing). It is the city building game that took inspiration from the Sim City really... so we have all these residential, commercial and industrial zone. However, CS took a step further to simulate the citizens (aka cims). That means the kids go to school, the adults go to work, they all grow old, and they die. If the player's city public transport system is terrible, then the cims will prefer driving their vehicles, and we got a traffic jam, followed by pollution. There is no ending for imagination for this game. Also, what make the game so essential is the modding community. We got all sort of buildings, vehicles and mod from these talented people in the community. They are passionate, alright, and they keep the game surviving. Apart from that, some DLCs are bad, but most are incredible.
