I have played FIFA since it’s introduction to consoles and I must say I would rather play ‘94 than this waste of my money. I am furious that I spent even a penny on this game. The gameplay is the most inconsistent garbage I have ever seen and the “updates” to career mode are an absolute joke. I would consider myself quite good at the game, as I’m 36 and have played since I was a young child. I used to school my friends on 64 and PS2 after school everyday so I’m not bad at the game. With FIFA 20, I can’t defend, I can’t win50/50 balls, I can’t consistently defeat far less superior teams, even when they are down a man. I just finished a match as RB Leipzig and list 2-0 to a 10 man UnionBerlin. There were 10 fouls against me, 8 of them bookings, and the only call for me was the red that resulted in a penalty, which was somehow swatted out of the top corner. I have gone through several teams, no matter who I choose or who I play against, I get no calls, I lose every 50/50 and I can’t land a tackle to save my life. I am beyond disappointed with the sloppy, incomplete feeling to the actual gameplay of FIFA 20. I hope for ‘21, some genuine changes are made to the game. Otherwise I can see it being the last I play. I had to add more to this. I just can’t believe how awful this game really is. I’ve continued to be patient and try to enjoy the game but it leaves me bewildered and angry after every match. I want my money back EA!!! This game does nothing but make me frustrated and annoyed that I purchased it. I again played with Leipzig and it was more of a match played by school children. My players kept passing the ball directly to the opposition. Again couldn’t make a tackle to save my life. The game never switches to the player I want and I actually give up a lot of goals because of that. Sucks that no matter how good you are at the game, the awful mechanics of the game prevent any smoothness to the flow and gameplay Frustration continues: 17 shots, 5 corners, 59% possession yet I lost the game. They took 3 shots total. What else do I have to do to win matches in this joke of a game?
