It tries to be two things 3 if kampy is a thing. It's a terrible action film. Who shoots down a helicopter with an anti-tank RPG? It is also partially filmed like a horror film. All the independent encounters with the lioness in the dark? It doesn't do either well and while there are a few good moments there aren't enough to save it from the lack of cohesive story or even building of empathetic characters.
