Basically it's PJ Masks with Spider-man.
I found PJ Masks to be very boring for my 3 year old though whereas Spidey has established Marvel characters with more to do. My son giggles quite a bit at Green Goblin and Rhino. Glad to see Miles Morales becoming more established in media ever since Into the spider-verse.
I'm a big spider-man fan so it's nice to watch a show with my son that I have a small interest in. Catchy theme song to.
