Starlight Phoenix

REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS ON PLOT. IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS READ THE BOOK FIRST BEFORE READING THIS. Wings of fire The Hidden Kingdom is a very interesting book to read; as is the whole entire Wings of fire series. The book started off about a mysterious killer out in the forest which then developed into the investigation of a new Nightwing named Deathbringer. Deathbringer appears to be seen as a rather charming, strategic male that originated from the mission of being an assassin to kill off the dragonets of destiny; Which of now is a perpetrator to his own species for helping Glory and Kinkajou escape from the ghastly Night kingdom. I really admire how the events all form into new ones in the wings of fire series, the hidden kingdom presents a lot of these traits. Like, when Glory randomly chose to challenge the Queen to the throne. That got me off guard completely; I'd never have guessed Glory to be the kind of dragon interested in doing those types of things. But yet it happened. As did the event with Starflight leaving to go warn the Nightwings. This series really has 'taken flight' as the quote on the back of the soft-cover book says. It has in the most amazing ways. This personally is my favourite soft cover book series which I believe will remain that way. I can't wait to read Wings of fire the dark secret which is all about my favourite character and species: Starflight the Nightwing.

Wings of fire is a series that is filled with adventure and entertainment. I've come to love this series after shortly finishing book 1 'The Dragonets Prophecy' and now book 2 'The lost heir' I'm very glad that I begun reading this adventure filled series that has left me sitting there in excitement to continue reading with the adrenaline flowing through me as I flick the pages with every new chapter. I can't wait to read book 3!

Wings of fire The Dragonet Prophecy is an amazing book! There's plenty of action, twists and turns to discover and stay hooked on. I bought this book way back into my childhood at a scholastic fair which contained all five books. But I hadn't read it until now in my teenager hood, since I drifted from soft cover books for a time period which left me going to wattpad, a online reading website/app. I'm very happy that I decided to read the beginning of this series. This book is very detailed and has a fair bit of gore with a tad' amount of violence which only happens to be logical since it's based off of dragons. I did have to re-read a lot of the sentences over and over again due to me struggling to much with the complex words, or things just didn't make sense due to my dyslexia. But in the overall, if you're after action, adventure, new words, violence, details, and a never dying friendship filled with laughs and relatable bonding moments, go Wings of Fire series.
