signed up for a free trial on October 14th I then emailed them on October 14th cancelling my free trial and subscription. yet they still took £29.95 out of my bank so I have called over and over again to be told we shall respond in 72 hours can you send us the proof you cancelled so I screen shot the email sent October 14th over to them but yet still have had no email response or refund DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL AVOID AT QLL COSTS they do not respond to emails and the call centre people cant do anyrhing on your account apart from send an email which you can do yourself DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRAIL WITH SCORE PERFECT
