On first thoughts, I was expecting a loosely adapted strolyline inspired by the movie Logan. Though the powers of Andy and her team might seem similar, the story takes a different route altogether. We'll choreographed stunts, brilliant CGI, impulsive acting by the lead and side artists make The Old Guard a great watch. The climax leaves us in a cliffhanger making us we expect a part 2 in the future.

Expected quite a lot from the movie based on the synopsis that I read. Below average, mediocre acting and lack of depth in characters and storyline makes Penalty a boring watch. If the story was supposed to focus more on the racism faced by people from East India, it could have been conveyed in a better way rather than a forced couple of scenes where the side actors try to pull fights with the protagonist with no real reason. And the acting from the main cast, ayyo rama... Couldn't help but notice that it was so unnatural. Even the football scenes were not so gripping.
