Once my favorite show, now just a has been(boy this is going to be long) Fun characters in the show - Oliver, Merlyn, Deathstroke and villians Side Kicks - every other hero support character Once i was worried that they might kill Diggle/Felicity now i just cannot stand them. The show concentrates on the side kicks to find more content and story, sadly this never worked. Every time the characters in the show compare themselves to Oliver, they suck and the story sucks. Arrow is not the Flash, Arrow is a loner and he does not need a team, the day the showrunners realize this and kills all the side characters in the show, i am going to start watching this again. Suggestion : Yes Oliver is a fully formed character so to find content concentrate on the villains, instead of 1 episode 1 villain, do 3 episodes 1 villain. 1st episode setup new villain, 2nd Oliver investigates and 3rd Faceoff.

One thing all DC shows have in common is repeat the same idea and character flaws over and over, sadly this only works well with Flash, Arrow is broken after its 3rd season, Legends never could get anything to work not that it lacks ideas or fun elements, it just lacks consistency and fails at execution

Compared to other Marvel shows this does not look so grandeur, but as a tv series this is good, fun and interesting. Pace is a little slow in the beginning but picks up after 2 episodes
