What I am going to say, is real. This movie made me cry hard. The story that happened in the movie, also happened to me. Yes, I was in the way to die, doctors can't say anything to my mother because they saw that I will die but one say, a miracle happened. Just like she fell into the tree, such incident also happened to me (not falling in the tree) which can make me die but surprisingly I began to heal. It's been like 5 years after that incident, no one could found yet how that happened and how I survive.
